Creaking V6 3.0L idler pulleys, fair enough after 240,000 km. Bought another pair from the wreckers just to see if the bearings themselves are replaceable. The front one has an ordinary bearing held in by a large circlip, I should be able to get a matching one. The rear one pulls apart but has a weird bearing in it, not likely to be a replaceable item. Question is, has anyone replaced these bearings themselves, or what is the going price for the front and rear idlers?

OK. New rear pulley, $53 complete. Front pulley bearing $12.

These are the prices I paid yesterday, from a bearing place, not Mitsu. For a 12 valve 3L engine though, you have a 24 valve DOHC 3L in your TS so the prices may be different. Haven't put them on yet, I'm currently chasing an oil leak, need to get the exhaust manifolds off first. Fun!
