you could get one side from a wrecker and hope it is ok
the job to do
the whole hub has to be taken off
how to get to the tm/tp wheel bearings
Front
undo cv outer nut
remove cv joint
undo brake caliper
undo the two shock support mount bolts
remove the brake rotor
undo tie rod
Then hub is seperated with a press
the bearings are in a plastic race
and were about $100 a side a few years ago
use a press to split the hub part with the wheel nut studs from the stub axle
then on the inside part of the stub axle you remove the seal and you find a large thick circlip that needs a wide opening heavy duty circlip plier to remove
then the bearing race and cones should fall out
the main race inside the hub has to be pressed out carefully

(I have this in my TM_TP info posts under bearings )

you hit the bottom ball joint taper with a hammer lots of times
while lifting the stub axle upward
and pushing down on the lower control arm

this should jolt it loose same with the Tie rod end
http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/hh59/magnabuff/050.jpg
or you buy a ball joint taper tool from supercheap

you get universal ball joint /tie rod boots from repco
comes in a two pack
how good is that lower ball joint ?
you will need a new tie rod joint
options
you try and jam something in below the tie rod nut
hacksaw off the nut /thread
angle grinder on the tie rod thread
you hit the tie rod on the base and hope it holds on the taper
while you get the nut off

i had the same problem, on my 3rd gen, smack it with a hammer at 90 deg, and it poped right off.

Reassemble the hub back onto the strut - lower arm balljoint nut just loosely and the two strut bolts simply slid in to hold it all in place. Now you can place a jack under the steering arm ball joint and "push" it firmly from below.
This will stop it turning and let you undo the nut ;)

Tried that lol it still spun. So I cut it off with the grinder lol. Picked up a new tie rod end today.
