View Full Version : Gas Contents Indication

I have a LS TL (LPG only). The gas contents gauge tends to indicate low to empty when in truth the tanks just under half full. (Have checked the actual gauge on the gas tank)

This causes the low gas light to flash, and eventually the low gas audible beeper to sound. It's annoying, distracting and it's incorrect. Any ideas or fixes for this issue, apart from keeping the tank full?

Thanks in advance.

im sure if you went to a mechanic or a gas system installer they could replace the sender that is giving the dodgy reading to hte gauge and alarm, just like replacing the fuel one under the rear seats in a 3rd gen.

m fairly sure they are adjustable. Ask your installer to do it for you.

I'm going to assume when you say "LPG only", you mean dedicated LPG? As in factory LPG?

If so, obviously it's going to be Mitsu that'll have to sort the problem out - who I'm sure will be very sympathetic to your cause lol lol.
