In the verada's and TH onwards, does the climate control fan/blower motor turn off or does it continually run? mine doesn't turn off or variate speed, any reason y not?

TH never had climate, so its Veradas and TJII onwards :P But no the motor never turns off, but the fan speed should variate yes. Are you sure you actually have it on Auto when its running, not just changing the temp on the dial?

no fan should stay on after igition is off. How long does it stay on for..? If the answer is ever you relay is dead..:) time for a new one.

Failing that, the resistors between the selector switch could be fried aswell. Change the relay as ego suggested first

Nar it turns off when the cars off, just when the car is on its always on. it doesnt heat though and i think its cause the motor on the bottom isnt turning

Is the AC on..? Fans come on with AC is on because of the extra load.

I assume you have retro fitted climate, I am sure I have seen a thread here of yours somewhere with a similar question

The climate system does not run a resistor pack as such, if you have retro fitted you also need the fan controller from teh TH onwards or you will have one fan speed, flat out

Cheers thats exactly what i have done, and that hopefully sovles that problem anything else needed??

Not that I can think of, just change the resistor pack with the Transistor pack you actually need and this should solve your fan issue

Having said that, what have you changed over so far

Thank you for the help mal, I have a TF and I have a KH donnor car,

I have changed the:
door cards
power window regs
door looms
dash
dash loom (big one behind the dash)
both left and right side looms in the engine bay
both left and right side looms that run down the side doors on the interior of the car
ecu
BEM
climate control display
blackout cluster and trip computer
fuse box

So far everything but climate control, TCL and cruise is not working
SRS is not throwing error codes, but dont know how to check if its working ??

Thank you, also whats the transitor pack? where is it located?

Transistor pack is located in the A/C evaporator air box. From inside the car it's facing directly at you (facing towards the back of the car).

This is the resistor pack that you need to remove and replace with the externally identical transistor pack. The transistor pack has a large internal heatsink rather than the ceramic resistor block.

Thanks I can do that easy, Anything Else?

What the lever under the A/C evaporator air box connected to the motor, which moves a door for??
