Hey guys, sorry if anything in this post is revived, but I thought I would confirm it all and get some advice!
I have two-three small spots of rust on my car. A tad out of the ordinary, but they are there.
The first is on the left front windsheil pillar, and creeps into the window a little bit. It appears to be surface rust.
The second is more severe and on the lining of the boot window. (For this one I am considering finding a similarly coloured booth metal)
The third is definately surface rust and inside the boot on the body.
What is the best technique to get rid of rust on magnas?
I am thinking grinding it down and asking paint supplies to match it as close as they can, leaving me to paint it with primer/colour/clear coat? I am not too fussy if it is one or two shades off, I am just worried about the rust.
The other problem I have are two dents on two different wheel arches. I am wondering what the best technique is to get them out at home as they are not that severe, but have definately bent the wheel arches.
Or, to be a cheap arse, I could just forget the rust/dents altogether.... I would not prefer this option!
I will try and post some pics when my batteries charge >.<
Cheers!
