sorry to sound like a dumbass but.....
i am needing to change the powersteering belt but whaat i need to know is where is the tensioner pulley and how fo i operate it to put the p/s belt on??????

In between the power steering pump and the crank pulley, there's another pulley on an L shaped bracket (the tensioner assembly); loosen the two bolts on the bracket, and then loosen the bolt at the bolt at the bottom of the tensioner. The belt should slacken enough to allow you to slip it over the crank pulley.
