So are these parts the same as those on our cars here in Australia?

http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php

<and navigate to>

MITSUBISHI / 2001 / DIAMANTE 3.5L 3497cc 215cid V6 FI (P) [6G74] SOHC

eg 2 rocker cover gaskets and 6 spark plug oil seals for US$18

or Gates timing belt, tensioner and idler for US$53.

The 2 Monroe Strut Mates I bought a few weeks ago cost $24 plus $24 in shipping - less than the cost on one from a store here. They arrived in less than a week.

Is there a "gotcha" here?

No. Rockauto is one of the only mitsu parts places the 3000GT guys buy their parts from. Very trusted and do very good deals. For bearings and stuff make sure they are OEM, they might have a knockoff variant

I've imported a couple of cam belts from the US. Even with the cost of shipping it works out a lot cheaper than buying locally.And thanks for the rockauto link lol. Need a top gasket set for my leaking 12V TS V6.

Thanks for that, will give him a go, and welcome back TuffTR!

Found "88-89 MITSUBISHI GALANT 3.0L SOHC FULL GASKET SET 6G72" for $53! Is this the right one for the 12 valve TS 3.0??
