I recently drove my friends stock 2002 3.5L TJ auto thats done about 130k km and I noticed it pulled quite a bit harder than mine especially low down. I have 3.5L 99 TH auton thats done 90k km.

My question is I'm due for a 100k km service. Will this likely make much difference to how the car pulls?( I know this is a subjective question.) I get bad mileage ~17L/100km from strictly around town driving. The car also vibrates more than a 3rd gen should at the lights (the bonnet shakes due to this.)

My air filter is not to bad atm and I've cleaned the throttle body, replaced the front three plugs with Bosch FR7DPX platinums. This hasn't made any noticable difference in fuel economy or power.

So my second question what should I get done at my 100k service to address these problems, I was thinking:
-injector clean
-new o2 sensor
-Dizzo cap and rotor as well as spark plug leads and grounding?
-back plugs, air filter, timing belt, (obviously)

Please add, Cheers.

your engine is rated at 147kw his would be 155kw.
there was a cam profile change and a tune revison

i realise this, but is 8kw even noticable? In anycase I reckon his pulled harder than this 'stock' difference

its not just the KW, its the Torque too. but if you think you car needs a service then see how it goes
