Picked up my ralliart calipers and disks (And hoses) from Ralliart-AKKO today! :D

Anyway, just wanted to make sure that I had got everything I needed for the conversion from his wrecked ralliart... Just incase I am mising something....

Alrightly, so I got all 4 calipers and all 4 disks with all brake lines attached (Disconnected from the ABS lines on all calipers so lines are still attached to calipers. Im hoping this can be a direct swap from the ralliart onto mine, certainly looks the same, yet I have read in a few threads that the hoses needed to be changed. My car has ABS though (TF advance), so im hoping it wil fit.... Anybody know?

Also, I just read something about the dust collectors and caliper bracket not being the right size for the rears when doing the conversion? Both of these were really hard to get to (part of the hub) so didnt grab them from the ralliart, should I have?

I know there are quite a few people on here who have done the ralliart/AWD brake conversion....Any help would be appreciated!! :)

DOnt worry mate everything fill fit right in, since you got rear ralliart rotors you dont need a spacer like you do with AWD rear rotors. Dust collectors wont be a problem either & brake lines will fit 100%.

Rears will need a spacer made so the disc sits in the center of the caliper

Really? I thought that was only for the AWD disks??
A quote I just found:

I remember looking into this some time back, and somewhere in 2002 they changed over from the original dust shields on the Magnas to the Ralliart spec which must have allowed more room. I guess it was just easier to stock and manufacture one dust shield instead of 2.
You must obviously have the 1st series of shield !!! As for the spacer, what rear rotors are you using, Ralliarts or AWD. The spacer is only for the AWD rotor on a FWD car, if you use the spacer on the Ralliart rotors, all that will do is extend the rotor out 3.7mm and your calipers won't fit.

??? So confused right now lol

Hmmm might only be for the AWD discs
Worst comes the worst you can just try them on your car, it wouldnt take long
