I currently have two 3 way Pioneer 6X9's mounted in the factory roof spot on my TR Wagon.
Obviously this ain't the best spot for sound quality.
Considering that the wagon part of me car is always carting gear around in on weekends can some suggest a spot that would have good quality sound and be out of the way ?

i have mine in pre-fab boxes mounted on custom 3mm aluminium checkerplate brackets attached to the backs of the seats. if u want i'll find or take some pics 2morrow.

For quality sound I would suggest you concentrate on the front of the car seeing as you're sitting at that end and your ears face forwards. ;)

yeah i agree with FHRX, i always made sure i bought really good 6x9's and some 'decent' 6"s for the front doors... well after buying a set of focal 5" splits in the front i don't think i'll ever buy different speakers again... having really good front speakers is the way 2 go!

Thanks for that guys.
millert85 I can't mount them there as the seats get folded down a fair bit.
I don't have the front door speakers stock so I'll make some, stuff the rear seat passengers
