at the wreckers today i saw a couple of tr / ts witht the cruise control fitted to the wheel. as a new steering wheel is on my list on needed items i thought hmm that would be awsome but i noticed all the cars they were in were autos and mine is a manual.

my question, how hard would it be to wire the cruise control up if i bought what i needed, what would i need to get of the car to do it, any reason why none of the manuals had it? cruise control should be fine in a manual shouldnt it? ty all

You would need a complete wiring harness could be costly, should be alright but it may be conection to the auto computer. So it might impossible to do :) um not sure if it can be done. Buy a thrid gen steering wheel, newer should be less wear :)

so the third gen wheels just bolt straight on do they, or need modifation to fit?

From what I have read around here it should bolt on no mods that what I'm going to do with my steering wheel :)
