hey guys had a scope through some other threads and didnt really come to a conclusion to my problem..
was wandering if any one else had come across this issue,,, here's the story...
Left to go to bunnings today and whilst driving there noticed that the ANTI LOCK warning light was on... after parking and buying what i needed i came back to the car hopped in and turned the car over...now here's the problem... When the ignition is trying to crank the car over all i hear is a couple of relay noises and a slight buzz.. but all my electrics work ie.. stereo, hazzards, wipers, lights etc but it wont turn the car over.. i pushed started it because its a manual and got it home(ran totally fine on the road) got home... turned it off and started it a couple of times no issue. came out and hour later and its was back to the initial problem i had with it not kicking it over. i swapped the batteries over and the changed nothing... was wandering if any one knew if this was a common problem and knew a sloution? It is a 96 TE magna 3 lt V6
cheers for any input.

Have you tried switching the starter relay for one of the other relays to ensure it is not the relay? Failing that try shorting the starter solenoid to ensure it is not the 'hold in' contact in solenoid.
