how do i know when to stop pumping oil in?

When the oil coming out is bright red :) If it black and dull red keep going lol Umm not sure but that I think from what I have read on this forum.

A bit hard to do when you are pumping in honey coloured oil, it will never come out bright red. lol Its a manual!

Fill it up until it overflows from the fill hole.
