anyone use / know much about them? wouldnt having this there all the time run ya battery down by constantly showing the volts or is there a switch u can run to it?

other than that any one use these or similar ones?

They go off after 20 seconds of ignition going off I'm sure. They don't stay on all the time....I had one of these I should know...either way even if it does stay on, it's LCD it'd drain sweet F.A

Saved me heaps more then buying 0ga terminals here.

Both in the links provided are good terminals. I have used to one in TUFFTR's link and i was happy with, but if you want something to show volts get the one you linked us, or you can always get a stinger one, but they are alot more expensive. Its all really personal preference !

If you run caravan or off roader power off a second, deep cycle battery, the terminal that shows voltage would be useful. On a car it will show you 12V when engine is off, 9V when you start, and 14.4V when the engine is running. The novelty will wear off quickly, unless you are a gadget freak lol Your money your choice, in the final analysis. I just use a multimeter. Current draw on it is so minimal you can ignore it, would be less than the LED blinking on most dashes to show the alarm is on.
