As it says I need to know the type of globe used please.

Unbolt the whole thing from inside the boot (2 10mm nuts), unplug it and remove from car. IIRC you need to pull it apart to get to the globe. Take the dead globe to the nearest service station. It's been a while so I don't remember what globe it is, nothing special though.

prob better to take it to supercheap, repco, autobarn, local equivilent then to a servo. servos will charge you ten times what it worth.

The globe is a large wedge base one. Same globe in almost all high level brake lamps. Available at almost all servos and certainly at S/C, Bursons, Autobarn etc. 21 watt IIRC

Thanks guys I needed the info on the day I started the thread as to purchase an led type for a conversion I was doing & had to end up going to Pick & Payless to have a look at one so all sortsd.
