ive just been sideswiped minorly on my rearwheel arch and bumper and the paint /rubber/plastic from the other car has marked my paintwork , upon closer inspection i tryed to scratch of the shit off and it works , couldnt believe it and that hard work polishing every week has paid off, but the size is just too time consuming to simply scratch off it would take a week so my question is ,what is the best way to remove these markings? cut and polish?

Have you tried with Meguiar's Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner? Its excellent for removing paint transfer and minor swirls and scratches. Was washing wife's black Outlander and was using a white stepladder. While moving it it swiped the drivers door and left a 10cm long paint mark. Got the paint cleaner out and the paint came off easily.

just cut and polished it , and it has come off thankfully a few minor scratches but what do you do..

any idea on what a spraypainter would charge to paint the corner of the rear bumper about the size of a tennis ball where the paint is now flaking?

something so small i wouldnt bother going to a panel beater mate. just grab a super cheap auto body repair guide for 2.00 and while your there take the cars colour code found on the compliance paint in and get a tin of the spray pack of the same colour and do at home. most panal beaters i know off will tell you to respray the whole bar which is bs.
