Hallo from Germany again.
From one of my friends I get these little blinkers from the Mitsubishi sigma.
Now I'm searching for some "rear lights" for a magna (TR-TS) station wagon.
We looking for rear lights in red/white or red/Grey.
Is there a possibility to get such rear lights?
Ralf from Germany (sorry for result on the soccer world championship :iough:)

Hi Ralf, Wagon tail lights only ever came out in Red/Orange, no other tail light exists unfortunately :(
You should post up some pictures of your car looks great!

Just to clarify, red/white lights did exist for sedans, but never for the wagons. For the sedans it was on some of the "top-end" models, such as the KS Verada and I think TS SE's?

KS verada's got them with the black strip in the middle. TR Elites got them with the chrome strip in the middle, also TS elites's got them, SE's cannot remember off the top of my head.

Maybe I get a possibility to get red/grey lights, and all other "orange lights" in grey to.
But it isn't allowed by our "road law". But these nice cars are so difficult to find on our streets, thats why nobody knows really what is by law and what isn't allowed.
If I get this possibility I will send pictures. Here is a link for good workers, they are able to colored the light in a proffessional way. It's a german website ;-(

you could maybe try getting a pair from a wreckers and pouring paint stripper into the light hole?

Skorpi, quite a few people here have done that themselves, there is a spraycan product available called something like "nightshade" which you can use to darken lights to various degrees depending on how heavily you spray. Of course it is illegal, but a very subtle spray could give a different effect without being obviously modified.
I personally looked into manufacturing clear lenses for the wagons, but it is illegal unless you get them certified to Australia Design Rules (ADR) standards, which costs a relative fortune.
Interesting to note the red light on the left-hand-side of your tailgate, in Australia we have both lights as reversing lights (white), obviously in Germany you have more need for a "fog/hazard" light in snowy conditions!

KS verada touring wagon actually got the right hand one replaced with a red foglight :) random information there

In Germany all Sigmas (in Australia called Magna tr-ts) have this look with chrome. Therefor your front lights and corner lights not compatible to our cars.
Only after a face-lift in 1995 our cars (only sedan) was built without that "chrome-grill", and than corner lights and front lights are the "same".
Our "Sigma" was sold in Germany
Sedan - from 1990 - 1995/96
Station wagon 1993 - 1995/96.
After them it wasn't possible to bye a magna/verada TE-TW in Europe.
Best wishes to all Magna TR-TS drivers

Maybe, if I'm ready with my ideas I get the reversing light in the same color (tailgate) to. If it's possible (naturally without German "road law") I would change the red one into a white with light coloring (tailgate) with using a red bulb.
But this is into the future, my next problems are a leaky power steering rack and the changing of the timing belt with water pump, other belts and spark plug,...

If you need/want a white one, I can get one from the wreckers and send you one/two/three however many you'd like. Saves you ruining perfectly good red ones. (that is...if white ones are hard to come by in germany?!)
Timing belt I'd only do with the proper tools
1/2" torque wrench
1/4" torque wrench
and one of these babys

or else its a right royal pain the ass to do

Thanks for quick answering. I will let you know, if I need help again.
Changing time belt or power steering it's not my thing. I drive to a specialist. He is a fan of these cars (he had 5 on his stock,...) and he had a Mitsubishi garage with mechanic.
Now I hat to show "Formula 1" from Valencia, and than soccer/football: Germany - England,....
