HI all, havent been on for a while - since i dont have the magna anymore but anyways a friends is playing up. Its a 4cyl auto, not sure exactly what model - havent looked to be honest, 94 we think lol

She was replacing the heater hoses and one of the t pieces was so far corroded so they have taken it out - problem is we dont know what its actually called.

Its a T piece - screws in one end, and has the main heater hose off one section and the other goes to a smaller breather hose, whats it called? and where can we get one? have tried a few wreckers but the blokes dont know what it is, and havent put a name to it lol.

Yes, worth a try. Mitsu dealer, supercheap etc. Even wreckers, but you are unlikely to find a good one. If you need to, buy from the USA and be prepared to wait 3 weeks. You will find though that it will be cheaper to buy from the USA despite the postage costs. Some of us here (me included) import gasket sets and cam belts from the USA because the final price works out cheaper, usually about half or less, of the cost of local parts.

yeah I doubt any at the wreckers will be in good nick. Mitsu dealer maybe,
Part number is MD020630
Also Kelly, I've tried to find these elsewhere, ain't gonna happen, Mitsubishi specific part, For now grab some off another magna and use them while you wait for these overseas. 3SX postage is expensive though so probably check your local MMAL dealer first

Got lucky and after 3 wrecking yards found one. Only problem is its a friends car, and now we think the radiator is stuffed. oh the fun of magnas. . .
