Hey guys,
I am considering upgrading my stockies to some verada mags....
I am just wondering what implications this would have on the car? Would anything in the suspension/ride height etc change?
Also, would the speedo be out?

Mate these question have already been answered in another thread. It will make your speedo read true, as long they are 16" rim which they should be :) I haven't got the 16" rims my car yet so don't know they will affect the suppension or improve handling. But to be honest anything better than riding 15" rims lol

Yeah, the ones for sale are 16"... and mine are 15".... I was thinking that because they are bigger, they will put the speedo out by a little bit? Maybe not.

Yes it will put out your speedo, but by very little.

Your sperdo is out when I'm doing 100kph my real speed is 90kph. So the speedo will true with 16" rims :)

Diameter of the rim does not affect spedo reading, but diameter of the tyre does. If your tyres are 205/65/15 and you replace them with 215/55/16 your speedo will be out 0.8 %. When spedo reads 100 km/h actual sped will be 99.2 km/h.

Your ride height will drop by about 2.3 mm because diameter of the mentioned tyres is about 4.6 mm smaller.

I had 185/75/14.. and put on 225/40/18... 0.6% difference hahah.
