What does it do when you throttle off or accelerate?

Check your driveshafts for play or binding. Rubber boots often perish and the joint gets sloppy or tight as the grease escapes.

I don't know. You will need to get under the car and have a look-see. Could be something else like an unbalanced or damaged tyre, or a crook engine mount.

but why dose it stop when i put it in to 3ed or N?
Do you feel the vibration through the seat, steering wheel, engine or does entire car vibrate. This will help in tracing the exact location of the imbalance.

Maybe it's transmission related if it happens in 4th but not 3rd. I would have thought 60 was a little low for it to change into 4th. If it was in the driveline like the diff or shafts i would expect it in all gears at the same speed. Is it like a shudder like a clutch is repeatedly engaging/disengaging? What's it like when torque convertor locks in 4th. I had a TR which felt like it had an engine misfire or a shudder at highway speeds with the Torque convertor locked. I remember being told it was most likely a faulty Torque converter lock up clutch and when I disconnected the wire to the solenoid that locks it the problem went away so i think they were right.
