Im looking to take out my seats on my car and i was wondering how i go about that. I can do the back seats, i just need to know how todo the front.

Its easy. Slide the seats all the way back. Up front you will see end caps over the very end of the slide rails. Take them off, and there will be the front nuts.

Then slide the seats all the way forward and the same thing on the back. The seat will then just come away ok (unless you have a motorised one on the drivers side, you will have to disconnect it :))

Well for my TR there are just four bolts holding the seat down, they are located at every corner of the seat. They are hidden under some plastic covers that just clip off with the right force, hope it helps :D
