ok sooo when i was putting everything back together after the conversion, when putting the engine pipe to the cat i kinda decided to ACCIDENTALLY put the wrong bolt in and b4 i knew it i had it crossed threaded and there was a 5mm gap(but i cbf'ed to fix it untill later). so i took it out for a spin as for it sounding like a vl it had some nice torque going on ... but then yesterday i got a second gasket and new bolts and nut and fixed it up...BUT NOW I HAVE LOST THAT POWER I ONCE HAD
so question is, is this where a high flow cat comes into play???

Check first to see if there is a leak around the gasket. But if theres no leaks all put back togethor properly you are just feeling that theres power loss but there actually isnt. High flow cat wont to anything the magna cats flow pritty well.

leaky exhausts are usually bad for power, it is likely a placebo affect + no h3cT1c exhaust noise., unless your cat is collapsed

as stated, if the cat is blocked, any exhaust leak will probably create more power. Especially compared to blocked cat system.
