I failed my warrant of fitness because the right front park light doesn't work. When the car is completely off, these lights are supposed to work. When the key is turned to start, the lights work fine.
My question is whether this is an electrical fault or whether there is a separate bulb that needs replacing? It doesn't look to me that there is a separate bulb.

There is just one on either side in the main lowbeam assembly, below the low beam bulb. It looks like its power source is wired differently to the left one. I'd follow the wire on both sides and see where it leads to. It may have been replaced at some stage and was wired wrongly.
