just bouught the magna into the shed to begin abit of work it needs for rego and when i started it i heard like a water slushing sound. the become louder as i revved the car? no funky smell inside car and i cant see any water leaking into the passenger footwell any ideas? it did sit out under the tree last night while it was pouring rain

adam sandlers "peice of S*** car" song is starting to compare with this car think i need more:beer:

Check your radiator might be low water, it make that weird sound :)

Sometimes the door drains block and the doors fill up with water, poke something into the drians of all the doors and check this

thread hijack!

i used to have one behind the dash of my TR, noticeable most when accelerating soon after startup. anyone know? ive always been kind of curious as to what it was...

If it make a sucking sound, it has do with the radiator :)

my brothers car makes a trickling water sound when i start it, but only when i bother to fill the radiator. If i dont put any water in it it doesnt happen hahah so to me its like the sound of water trickling through the heater core, which slowly drains as the coolant cools after running (it drains because the car has a blown head)

actually, it could well have been my heater core, i remember that was leaking into the passenger footwell, back in the day
