hello i am new to this forum and after a bit of info my 380 is due for its 45k service
so i buy the parts and get my mechanic to do the rest so this way i know what has been done
so when i looked in manual plugs due to be replaced standard ones 45 k platinum 90k
so what dose mine have so ring dealer they say rear 3 are platinum front 3 are standard
because takes a bit to get rear 3 out that is why they are platinum very strange can any one
comfirm this

ps is there a filter to be changed on the transmission when flushing and refilling

yes they are platinum in the rear to save the manifold coming off so often cause mechanics are lazy and think that taking off the intake manifold is actually hard.

What tuffy said just get platinum for both banks and get them changed at the same time

380 OEM spark plugs are iridiums on both banks anyway, same plugs.
Bosch Iridium R6 FR8DI30.
So no need to change the front bank plugs at 45,000km, as Mecha says just change them all at the same time, 90,000km or 100,000km.
But as the front bank plugs are so quick and easy to change you can just use much cheaper copper cored plugs in the front bank and change them every 20,000km or 30,000km if you want.
