in my old mans tr we replaced the cross member when we did a v6 convertion and the was a knocking sound when going over bumps so replaced the shocks and its still there we put new rubbers in around the steering rack whiched a lil but still there

any ideas?

yer tryed that with the links from my car which are fine alot of the noise goes but its still there

how are the control arm bush's?
What about the sway bar D bushes?

replaced strut top and the contorl arms

cvs, recheck crossmember, engine mounts, were u shocks u put in 2nd hand or new, wheel bearings( i say bearings cause thats what caused a knock on the old barina last year).
