Just a general question for anyone who has any idea of how to keep the cruise control activated permanently ....and no...i do'nt mean engaged, just mean the light activated on the dash at all times with the ignition on.

Most of my other mitsubishi's ...including my NP Pajero with the same cruise control stalk u were able to leave it on, and when u switched the ignition off then back on again, you did NOT have to switch it on again. I know it might seem minor, but just annoying.

I know there are usually some hidden features on cars to activate certain things, or enable them.....so with a bit of luck...one of the more experienced here will know .

theory ive had is to construct a circuit that triggers a short earth pulse on the cruise switch wire when the ignition is switched on

It's one button on the end of the Stalk that you need to use anyway...

...Yes....admittedly...only one button, ;-) but there must be a simple way around it, given that other Mitsubishi's use the same system...and they can be left on .......
