Car had been making a hell of a noise so started removing belts as a part of troubleshooting and problem became evident immediately.
The crankshaft pulley just spins on the shaft and has eaten away part of the sump because it was loose and vibrating.
Doesn't seem like the sump is leaking
Question is how do you replace the pulley?
Can you actually remove it with the engine in situ because there doesn't look like there is room.
