I just wanted to vent. I own a KF verada EI and wanted to get the wood grain panels instead of Black and some idiot just told me it didn't fit. i said to yes it does, and then he had the cheek to turn around and say. Look i would know as you woman don't know much about cars. That is where i hung up on him.
So my question is......... How much do u think it would cost to get all the wood grain panels in good condition and does anyone know where i can get them in adelaide.
Any help would be great.

The seller 'lancercity' on eBay often has Verada woodgrain consoles for about $125, which is cheaper than what you'll pay at either Eddie's or Mitsiwreck here for it. However, your problem will be making sure all the woodgrain matches... Woodgrains changed ever so slightly over the course of the KE-KJ, and then drastically for the KL/KW (which wouldn't fit anyway). Can't remember all off the top of my head though sorry.

But yeah, hit up lancercity. Send them an email, ask how much a complete set would be if that's what you're after.

Actually yes the KL/W will fit if you modify the CC to use teh KL/W control unit :) If you have a KH onwards is plug and play.

The wood grain in the KE/F was a darker set, you could get for window switches, console top, ash tray and cc surround.

The Grain in the KH onwards was a lighter colour, much nicer IMO

Most do not sell it cheap however it does pop up on e-bay now and again
