I was very suprised at how nice it sounded. coz i only have a 2.6 and its an auto i was not expecting much at all. a nice deep note when it idels, on take off it is really loud but when cruising not to loud at all. yeh just poped a canon on, everything else do do with the exhaust is stock.

how's the loss in backpressure though\? what size inlet/outlet?

Loss of power from not enough back pressure is a myth. It's not the loss of back pressure that causes power loss, its when you go too large in piping or muffler that the air spreads out and cools down hence it flows slower, so you get all this faster moving hot exhaust gas all of a sudden hitting this slower moving cooler exhaust gas, hence flow is interupted for the worse causing power loss through increased restriction. Heres a link to some info I posted a while ago explaining it a bit better, feel free to comment.Exhaust Explained (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7728&page=3)
Cheers.

Loss from back pressure being a bad thing is a myth.
umm, so a power loss is a good thing as opposed to a bad thing? so that's where i've been going wrong....
anyone got any good power loss mods? :bowrofl: :bowrofl: lol
