Hi Guys,
Can a power steering pump be repaired / rebuilt. I have a TE Advance 1997 with a 3.0lt V6 auto, engine No: 6G72-S4.The fluid leak need to be fixed, but i thought I would find out what I can do, before I pull it off the car.

You can have the seals replaced. If you remove it yourself, and take it to a power steering specialist you'll save a bit of coin. They may even do a change over for you. Just be sure its the pump and not the hoses.

is there just the one seal , at the main pulley shaft?
