Ive been thinking about an exhaust system for my KH,
i just want to gain a census on what people think about their own exhausts, is it worth the money?
do you notice any gain/decrese in economy or power?
too loud? too quiet? tell me all your secrets :D
Cheers

hey. I dont have a KH but i got the center muffler removed and the 'hot dog', got a tri-flow sports muffler and i love the sound. Unless you can listen to someone setup, its all trial and error. I suggest getting a simple cat back sports exhaust system and, if you have the money, adjust it later on. You never know unless you try.
Mr Muffler is where i got mine done

Try a few of those man.
Also, this is my old exhaust. 2.5" straight through, high flow cat, pacemaker extractors, Powerflow muffler.

My favourite on my old KE was a bolt on Lukey AL4-5997 rear muffler. I had a Redback catback fitted later on, which sounded fantastic on the original car it was on (Mohit's KJ), never quite worked out on mine (no fault of the exhaust though, simply installation and tinkering). The Lukey droned a little around 2.2k, the Redback setup never really had any droning issues.

I think you meant to say "straight-through" rear muffler Presti, the standard rear muffler is a tri-flow design and is responsible for the bottleneck on standard magnas.

A 2-1/2" cat back by redback usually costs about $360 from eBay, plus postage if required..
