My air con fan has decided that it will wait until we have driven down the road before it actually turns on. Once on you can turn it on and off at will, but before it decides it is starting time no swithces do anything. I have checked for loose fuses, and don't believe this is a wiring problem as it doesn't go off and on intermittently, just waits till it comes on. Wierd...

Sounds like its set on auto?

or maybe the temperature dial is set to something warm? I know the heater only kicks in after a while on my 380. I think I read somewhere (possibly the manual) that it wont spew out warmer air until the engine warms up..
