Anyway couldnt figure out how to remove the rear courtesy passenger globes.
I used a bit of force but it didnt nudge, theres no screw holes around it or anything.

If you mean the lights in the C-pillar (near parcel shelf)..... have a look at the clear lens, isn't there a little indent at one point which will let you lever out the lens? Its a wedge bulb, but prob best to take whole unit out - see below:
The whole elipse-ish shaped lamp unit will come out of the plastic C-pillar trim - it's just clipped in with a couple of metal friction-slide clip things. Get a dinner knife and wrap in kitchen towel or thin cloth to protect the plastic surfaces...... slip the edge of the knife under an edge of the coutesy lamp - with knife blade flat against the trim panel, and try to lever directly outwards.
The lamp should dislodge and enough wiring come out with it to reveal a foam-covered electrical connector. Unclip this and the whole lamp unit can be attacked outside the car - make sure the wiring doesn't fall back behind the trim panel !! A couple of little screws holding a plastic piece as well as a metal heat-shield and you get more complete to access the the bulb.
The bulbs are a T10 wedge base, and the "side-firing" surface-mounted LED bulbs (look like little yellow flat dots on a piece of circuit board) work quite well.
EDIT: Maybe its just tiny plastic tabs holding the lamp into the trim-panel, in any case a blade flat under the edge should dislodge the lamp from the trim panel.

Damn was afraid it was something like this.

Yes wedge them out. Be careful not to damage the soft plastic. Also, with LEDs, you'll need side firing ones as the bulbs sit on the side and with no reflectors, half of the light is wasted.
