Spotted a TL or maybe a TW (hard to tell most of the time) in a local car park with a LE badge on the rear
a number of months back.
Fitted with rear spoiler and alloys (VRX style from memory) and had front fog lamps with the std bumper,
not the VRX bumper (ie. looked like a VR TL or a KL/W Verada from the front).
Anybody shed any light on this model? Was this a limited run from factory?
Vehicle in question definitely looked factory - didn't look as though someone had just stuck a LE badge on the
rear and put the extra bits on. Had me curious as I've never seen another one like it and nor was I aware of
MMAL releasing a LE TL/W.

Well MMAL did release the "limited Edition" version of both the VRX and VR, so it was probably one of those.....although they both used the ralliart magna enki rims not the stock VR/VRX rims.

Yes, maybe that's all it was. It was the badging that threw me tho' - instead of the small 'Limited Edition' badge that those models ususally have, this one had a prominent LE badge on the boot, just like the TJ limited edition that was released. Maybe the factory ran out of new badges that particular day!!

Thanks guys... should've taken a picture of it... however I'm certain it didn't have the VRX front bar or rear bar, which tends to suggest it was just a VR ltd edt with a different badge.

What colour is that on the Ed Ordynski car? Wouldn't mind painting up a third gen in that colour, when I get around to buying one! Is it Sienna or Flame red?
