no, there are only 2 nuts
The gum from the oil will create a lip inside the head, yo will need to gently lever the dist to get it to move back then it should come free
hay mate i took the 2 nuts off i tried levering it from the top nut but it didnt seperate is there a good place to lever it?
ok ive tried to lever it softly and got impatient and levered it really hard and it didnt budge i took the 2 nuts off is there anything else i have to do before removing the distributor?

Try twisting it first, back and forth. Once it moves, keep twisting while pulling. Run some thin oil or WD40 on the joint first. Probably glued on with oil varnish. Levering the joints carefully with 2 thin screwdrivers (or your wifes/mother's best steak knifes) at opposite ends may help too. If it still doesn't move take off the rocker cover and "help" it move from the other end .
Thanks Madmax the twisiting and pulling trick did the job. Is there anything i should now about putting the new seal in should i put some sealant on it or anything?

Just some oil or rubber grease will be fine, no sealant needed
I wanted to ask one more question. Is this seal that im replacing the only seal that can leak oil out of the distributor?

Umm, not sure, but there is a cam seal somewhere in that area too. Will check manual. BRB

front head, right hand side if your facing the front of the car. its a cap with two blots. rocker cover curves over it.

No oil seal, thrust cap with "O" ring on it.
