Does anyone know what the part number is for the K&N replacement pannel filter for the Magna? (I assume this part will be the same as the Ralliart item..)

Sorry its a 2002 Ralliart!!

same guff different name.

It depends if the Ralliart uses over the counter everyday filters or are they special ralliart ones? If they are standard ones I would recommend the K&N Panel.

I probably wouldn't. Bang for your buck wouldn't be very good. There however would probably still be a gain. Just depends on whether he'd be happy to pay anything for any gain.

You would probably get slightly improved fuel economy.

Dont need to replace the extractors, just the flex pipe.

Talk to Dave (RPW) about the applicable flex pipe.

Thats what i will be using as soon as i can get it installed.

The extractors on the Ralliart already are a good piece of equipment.

You heard about the latest news?

K&N filters damage the MAF sensors (Mitsubishi) in time through the oil that they contain

http://www.knfilters.com/massair.htm

they're saying it's not true.........but..........what can you say......business is business

I stick to the paper filter :)

I believe that if you over oil your filter then you could have problems with the MAF sensor as the oil from the filter will damage the MAF if any got on it.My tuner hinted to that
