This is a device which sits in between the throttle body and the intake (plenum?).

It disrupts the airflow, makes it swirl which is a good thing for air
distribution, combustion efficiency or whatever to each cylinder.

Magnas suffer from uneven air allocation to some cylinders (rear bank?),
so I'm wondering if this would help.

Herrod Motorsport sell these for Ford's and apparently it makes a difference.

So it's like those dodgy Hi-Clone things? Yeah, forget it.

If its similar to Cyclone or Hi-CLone...don't be bother...i've dynoed my Magna V6, and it doesn't make any difference before and after the Cyclone. But for other car manufacturer it may be resulted in a different outcomes.

Hmm...

I think like a lot of mods, you don't see a power increase/difference until you have other things like CAI and extractors.

Either that or there's a lot of dumb Ford owners out there, 'cos Herrod sells them
for $395  and moves heaps.

i heard A current affair tested the hiclone and found it sucked exactly the same fuel, no gain at all. Herrod do other kind of much bigger air spinners tooo...superchargers
