Where is the best places under the car to place the neons, i would like to do it asap but i want to put them in spots where people can see the light but not the tube itself.

I think the only way is if you have sideskirts, and a rear apron.

so even though i have just a basic TJ it would be best to wait untill i get a sports body kit on and then place the neons on
The sports body kits hides my neons well, not sure where i would have had them installed if i didn't have the kit.... hmmm

you can put them in on a factory car and completely hide the globes - except for the front globe - that will require a skirt of some description to completely hide the neons.
I had the neons (sides and rears) on my magna - and it was fine - couldn't see a thing - actually - but the front one was a different issue!! couldn't find a place to hide it thorougly enough.
Just one point - DON'T use the mounting brackets supplied in the kits - make your own that hold the globes closer to the underside of hte car - if you look under the car - about 3 inches in from the sideskirts - there is a dimple that fits the globe perfectly.
But i very rarely had them on!! attracts ALOT of attention - not always good!!
Oh - but I still loved the way mine looked - and I thank Bain for this photo - was my desktop for AGES - until i got my photo of me in teh fridge developed ;)

TBuTcher has access to ColdCath gear. I think it's pretty good.
