Anyway I'm looking to get a new exhaust for my TE and I'm just wondering if the exhaust used in the TJ Sports, KJ/KL Verada GTVxx or TL VR/VR-X will fit to the 3.0L (6G72) in my TE?

I noticed that both the 3.0L (6G72) and 3.5L (6G74) engines look similar or almost identical from their outside dimensions.

With the pacemaker/rpw/etc headers.. the 3.0L exhaust outlet sits lower to the ground and thus the piping bottoms out and tends to get bent.. no idea how that goes with a factory system.

If you use the complete system including cat you will be fine bolting this up to your standard 3.0 engine pipe

I don't want pacemakers. Just the full TJ/TL/TW Sports/VR exhaust from engine to back. My TE is a sedan.

But you know, I don't know a lot technically about things. Thanks for your info. So its the complete system using cat just the standard Sports exhaust, right?, see I don't know a great deal about this very technical stuff because I never really intend to heavily modify my car. (such as a body kit, sound system, leather interior, etc)

For reference, it's called a cat back exhaust system.
