Hi guys! If got some Ralliart extractors to fitt on my TJ. I'm planning to fitt them on this Saturday with one of my mates! It's first time when we replace extractors, so we need some advice what we need to do and where we need to start (pics will be fantastic)!
Thank you !!!

Never done them on a 3rd gen but you'll need new gaskets, and I'd probably use a smidge of goo on either sides of the gasket aswell.
You'll need a very good arrangement of 3/8" and 1/2" sockets and extensions.

No just the extractors and gaskets! My car is a TJ and some people told me they gonna fitt easy without any modifications!

i think that they need a ralliart y peice to be custom made otherwise it wont fit. or you could just find a ralliart wreck and steal it of there
What exactly do you have? The front bank, the rear bank and the connector or just the two banks? They should bolt on. Just remove the stock heat shield and then drive car onto ramp. Everything is done from below. When using glue, make sure that they are the O2 sensor safe ones.
You'll need the Y pipe dude. Ask AKKO if he sold his as he was wreaking his Ralliart not too long ago. He may still have the Y pipe.

:) Yes of course! But will work with mine or i need to get a Ralliart one?
The ralliart ones fit on the ralliart extractors and the standard ones fit the standard exhaust, I dont _think_ they are interchangeable? Probably best to try and grab one anyway.

99.99% sure they dont fit. it would probably be best to put the extractors on, then go get one welded up at carline or something. they shoutldnt charge too much for one to be made. maybe 45 in materlals and 55 in labour, so i would say about 90 - 120 dollars
plus you car would be super h3kt1c 'n loud on the way to the shop
See my previous post (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64377&p=980227&highlight=hm+header#post980227) which has pics of an AWD HM Headers and a FWD HM Headers (aka Ralliart headers). If your y pipe does not match that in the FWD one then you'll need to get one from wreckers or custom make one.

Was there an answer to this? Can the standard y piece of a Th or TJ be used to connect ralliart headers?
Or do you need the ralliart y piece with both front and bak headers?
Cheers
ralliart headers are HM headers, im running HM headers on my tj exec and had to use the HM Y piece, the HM (ralliart) headers are longer then the stock headers, therefore the need to change the Y piece
As Ziek said, the primaries on the HM/Ralliart headers are longer so will have to change the Y pipe or you can try shortening the vertical segments of the stock Y pipe.

The ralliart magnas have a different y pipe as the headers are longer. The ralliart magna used a y pipe that was fitted to the export diamante as these had additional cats attached to the headers for emissions. These weren't as tall as the standard y pipe, therefore allowing the longer ralliart headers to bolt up.
You will either need a ralliart y pipe, or the matching HM y pipe.

Y pipe is the most expensive part of the kit, we have complete kits and can also get the pipe on its own but the pipe by itself is something like $350 bucks last time I checked
