When i turn my air con on no air actually comes out of the vents. Even with the dial on 'auto' position or any other position, it just stays on the front window. No matter how i turn the dial it wont change?
How do i fix this? Cheers

Does this happen every time you turn the ac on?
No matter what the ambient temp is, what temp you have set the CC at and what vent position it is in?
Which vents are you referring to - Im guessing its currently stuck on the front window defogger setting? Have you set the vent to front window or is it back in 'auto' position for the vents?

I'm not familiar with the controls in a TL/TW - the climate unit is plug-n-play with teh loom in older cars, but the functions are a little different.
In my TJ and KJ, I have a "function" button which will direct airflow thru a range of possibilities - BUT there is a seperate "Front Defrost" button which if engaged will direct airflow to the dash and front doors regardless of all other settings. There is a seperate "rear screen demist" button which turns on heated rear glass but has no other effect on the climate/heater/air-con. Front screen demist - however - is like a one-button OVERIDE.
If the control panel for the TL also has a "demist" button for the front screen, then your climate may work perfectly if you switch that OFF.
Seems super-simple, but its a possible solution!
I suspect the air mix motor is stuffed. Mine stuffed up 3 years from new and got replaced under warranty.

For some reason its working again now.
But for a few days there i could turn the dial to ''auto", "face", "footwell", etc position and the vents would stay open on the windscreen ONLY. It also didnt matter what fan speed i had on it either

Maybe a vaccum hose on the heater tap is coming loose.

Again, I suspect the air mix motor. Do a search on what its role is. Mine was intermittent for quiet some time until it stopped working all together and then I replaced it under warranty.

Get it replaced under warranty while the warranty still exists if it is intermittent. Don't wait till it is fully stuffed and out of warranty.
