About to put some new tyres on and looking for anyone who wants to give their recent experiences with respect to their tyres. Looking for info on wear, grip and road noise. Tyre size will be 225/50/17 and price range up to $230 per tyre.
I am considering:
Maxxis MAZ4
Dunlop Le Mans
Bridgestone ER300
Toyo Proxes 4
Any info would be appreciated.
Cheers
Don.

Got Bridgestone Adrenalin's on mine, but in the 235/45 size. Excellent tyre - grip & road noise very good & I'm up to about 65,000km with maybe 1/4 of the tread left.
about a month ago i fitted Maxxis MA-Z1's on the fronts, 245/35/19, and so far they've been pretty good. The Pirelli's i had on before were a little noisy but these have been good so far. i got them for $240 a tyre fitted and balanced.
edit- so far have done about 5000 odd km's and they're looking good so far!

Thanks for the feedback. I ended up going with the Maxxis MAZ4. Ok so far.
