i have a 97 verada with stock central locking that im amazed still works. Anyways

It says in the manual that when its locked, if u push the unlock button once it only unlocks the drivers door and when u push twice it opens all doors. but mine only unlocks all doors and i kinda want this feature because i know the 380 has it too and its a lot safer. Has it stuffed up somehow?
can i reset it. i have also tried reprogramming the remote as per instructions but it doesnt even work

AFAIK some years/models have just the single click and others can do the double click trick.

it says in the verada owners manual it has the double click but it must not aye

pretty sure there is a way to turn it on and off. its like, turn the key from off to on (all dash lights, no engine) three times, then lock the door (using the inside drivers button), or toot the horn... i cant remember exactly.
