My friend has a BMW 318I and when u open any door the rear map lights come on and it makes the whole interior light up and looks really schmikkk. Atm if for example u open the back left door; only the back left light will come on. I want them to come on and fade like the light in the front??

Not standard, need to alter wiring to do that.

is quite easy, you will notice on the door switches at the rear there are 2 wires, just bridge them together and they will both come on when the any door opens

Are you talking about the ones on the C-Pilar? If so, mine does it by default. As Mal said, should be easy to mod.

Yeah it was a KE thing.

Do as mal says and then they will work on every door. My KH has all lights working from every door with fade so it will be just fine.

and if u put all the switchers together u will have every light on
