well the TN SE wagon went to the crusher today
the autos oil seal popped in heavy traffic
stuck for an hour
and at arrival at home
the solenoids/oil pump/ torque converter fried
pulled the box down and it was black inside
will get another magna wagon one day for sure

hard to find a good S/hand TN box with round plugs in brisbane
got one from a wrecker last year for $360
and it was stuffed (found out after fitting it in )
it went back to the wrecker for a refund
My preference is a TP auto
To put in a TP box needed wiring loom and TCU etc
needed a respray and rust work done so beyond economical repair
so next wagon will be a manual :hmm:

Sad to hear.
The rego on my "Tp wagon auto" runs out next month and Im thinking of getting rid of it :( will be sad to see it go but I also have a Verada and Im getting a company car soon.
It was my grandfathers for the last 15 or so years, at the moment It has carb probs and a leaky power steering hose. The air con has been converted to the new gas but needs more gas, it sat around for a bit after my grandfather passed and I think the seals dried up. Still haven't fully decided what to do with it but I would like to see it go to a good home!
Im rebuilding the Verada eng at the moment and was going to look at the carb today as I need it as a run around car this week.
