Hi All, my 2005 380 VRX is up for a 110K service.

besides the engine oil and folter change, does anyone know what else is involved with this service?

Also, does anyone have some rough guesstimates as to a new timing/cam belt change?

Timing belt and spark plugs are due at 100k service. I did the 100k and 105k in one hit and it cost me $1050. The next service after the 105k service is just a normal oil and filter change.

The timing belt change is a ball breaker.

Hey, are you the same Headley who owned a TE manual which was stolen and a TL wagon?

Car is due for its 135k service. Got quoted $380... coincidence? lol

Just wondering who else has had this service done and how much it set you back?

Any reason why you got rid of the ultimate brake pads?

funnily enough the pads had hardly any meat left My set of OEM pads I have in the garage have round 60% left

but a big reason for getting rid of the Ultimates was the Dust
My mech said they are by far the best brake pads for stopping however the trade off is the dust
I have bendix premiums on there now but was hoping to get QFM however better to just get it done while it was in at least I have cold pedal feel not like with the ultimates

I'll have my Hawk ceramic pads out soon along with 4000 slotted rotors & TMR380 braided lines if anyone is interested? Haven't done that many km's.

I tried a new oil today too

went from my Mobil 1 5w-50 to Valvoline full sin 10w-50 so little thicker but have only read good things about it and it was 20 bucks cheaper @ SCA on special
