Hi Guys,

My Verada Is currently in primer, and seeing as I havn't bought the colour yet I was thinking of getting the car painted in a slightly diffrent shade, (its that magna maroony colour and i think its a bit girly no offence intended). I was wondering if someone could shed some light into a colour not too far off original but more of a red if that makes sense. Any critisim/help/suggesstions are appreciated.

+1 to this, I saw one on the freeway over the weekend and they are absolutely beautiful!

Why not go a candy apple red? it's actually nt that expensive to buy. when i got a qoute @ trade price your looking at <$1000

If your going to the effort of getting a whole car painted in 2Pk, mightaswell make it count, kandy apple red FTMFW!

but like for off the shelf colors which involves this much work "I'd like that one please" then molten is still stunning, buutttttt i'd be going something a bit different if your getting it dene from scratch

If you want to stick with Magna/Verada colours maybe Sienna Red, one of the top 3 colours they came in IMO but I could also be a bit biased lol

...but a simple red may just look like a stock colour to most.
If I was going for an aftermarket colour change, I'd look for a colour that screamed custom paint.

I haven't seen the new Mazdas, but I did see a red 3 or 6 about four years ago (so previous model) in full sun. The paint was amazing. Definitely one of the best factory colours I've seen on any car.
