Or, me?!
Remove your air intake.
so unclip the airbox, and disconnect the plug from your air flow meter (right in front of the airbox) the remove the big hose clamp holding the air intake onto your throttle body. this is a philips head screw or i like to use the 10mm socket and ratchet.
Remove air intake
Remove 6 pin plug clipping onto ISC motor
Then with a 1/4" socket set, use an 8mm socket, and small extension and crack, and remove both bolts holding the ISC motor in. very small bolts and these are TIGHT. using a philips head will 95% mess the insides of the bolt head.
That's it, 10 minutes to remove with the right tools, or 2 hours when you figure out you need more tools and take the 2nd car down the road to get them lol

Be careful when you remove it not to lose the "O" ring as they are $10.
Mine was broken and stretched when I removed it, so decided to replace it as well

Dammit! I was gonna say all that! lol Good on ya Tuffy, beat me to it. lol
You forgot the step where you unclip the 4 air box clips, look at the air filter and clean out the mouse droppings under it. lol Or is my car unique in this?
