View Full Version : Pioneer's slimline Subwoofer range
has anyone had or heard how Pioneer's slimline subs sound? i'm getting kind of sick of my subs taking up so much space in my boot that i'm now considering getting one

I have heard a slimline pioneer champion series sub, i was impressed. It pumps out a lot of bass.

I have some Memphis Type S 12's on the way, which are the Memphis slimline subs. i'll let you know how they sound once i have them installed

Slimlines can sound good, but you'd be better off with a good 10" and a slim box, letting it sit just in front of the back seats.

Josh, instead of 2 less powerful subs, sell them and buy one decent 12" sub like a kicker L7.

Personal preference, steer clear of cheap slimline subs. eg pioneer cadence audioline Kenwood and such. if you want a good slimline it will cost alot more than a standard 10 in a slim box, and the bass is just not the same!
